Hello Whitesville Families! My name is Beatriz Gantt and I’m thrilled to serve as your PTO secretary for the 23-24 school year. I’m a former teacher, mother of four girls (three of whom attend WES), real estate agent, and business owner.I have a love for children and a passion for education. After leaving the classroom my passion for education never faded. I continue to volunteer in schools and help out with extracurricular activities. I’m very excited to be a part of WES’ PTO and I look forward to providing accurate and timely communication from our PTO to families and school. In my limited free time, I love watching crime shows, crafting, and spending time with my family.
Hello! My name is Tiffany Yacobozzi. I have been married for almost 10 years to my husband, Paul, who works for Berkeley County Sherriff’s Department. We have two wonderful and active little boys. Aiden, is in 2nd grade and Cameron is in 1st grade. They are both in the Montessori program- which we absolutely love- and God Bless their teachers for having them both in the same class! I work for a CPA firm in Ladson for 7 years now handling bookkeeping and payroll. I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Strayer University. Not many people can say they love what they do but I truly love the career I chose. Being an active parent in the school by volunteering or helping in any way that I can is something that is important to me and I look forward to bringing that to the PTO.
My name is Kristin Sheard. My husband works at Boeing, and we have 4 beautiful children. This fall my 3 oldest will be in 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade at Whitesville and my youngest will be in kindergarten fall of 2024.
I studied business and floral design in college and have several years’ experience in event planning and running a small business with over 50 regular clients. I have previously served for 5 years as president of an organization for teenage girls that focuses on self-empowerment and leadership skills. Currently I am an assistant to the president of a community Relief Society for women. I am skilled in organization and communication.
As a member of the PTO board, I hope to use my background and talents to promote inclusion, easy access to information/volunteer opportunities and intentional productive uses for our budget.
